Crisis24 - Your International Emergency Assistance

Beginning July 1, 20206, Crisis24 is Columbia University's third party emergency assistance provider.

Columbia University provides all travelers with 24/7 emergency support through Crisis24. Whether you're facing a medical emergency, security concern, or logistical challenge while traveling, Crisis24 connects you with worldwide assistance in three convenient ways: by phone, through their website, or via the Horizon App.

Additionally, the University uses the Crisis24 Travel Risk Ratings to fulfill the Travel and Activity Planning Policy for pre-departure travel requirements, such as pre-travel itinerary review and trip registration.
