Officers of Instruction, Officers of Research, Officers of the Libraries, and Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars

Officers of Instruction, Officers of Research, Officers of the Libraries, and Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars planning CU-related Travel and/or Activities are required to complete pre-departure requirements as follows below.

If you are traveling with students, you must ensure that all student travelers has complied with the pre-departure requirements of the destination. Fore more information, visit Undergraduate Students and/or Graduate Students.

Domestic Travel/Activities

Officers of Instruction, Officers of Research, Officers of the Libraries, and Postdoctoral Fellows/Scholars are not required to, but highly encouraged to register their travel in Crisis24 Horizon

International Travel/Activities

Required to register International Columbia Travel and/or activities in Crisis24 Horizon

  1. Strongly encouraged to have itinerary reviewed by Crisis24
  2. Required to register International Columbia Travel in Crisis24 Horizon
  1. Required to have itinerary reviewed by Crisis24
  2. Submit an Elevated Travel and Activity Proposal and have travel reviewed by the Dean
  3. If Dean approval, then review by ETARC
  4. Required to register International Columbia Travel/Activities in Crisis24 Horizon

  2. Submit an Elevated Travel and Activity Proposal and have travel reviewed by the Dean
  3. If Dean approval, then review by ETARC
  4. Required to register International Columbia Travel/Activities in Crisis24 Horizon

All Columbia-related international travel is required to be registered in Crisis24 Horizon

Global Risk, Safety, and Operations will effectuate the Elevated Travel and Activity Proposal process with Deans and ETARC.
