Once Global Risk, Safety, and Operations (GRSO) receives all the Participant Form for all travelers on the proposed trip, please all up 30 days to process your request and for appropriate reviews.
As a reminder the following reviews are required:
Students and Officers of Administration:
High Travel Risk: Requires Dean and ETARC review
All affiliates
Extreme Travel Risk: Requires Dean and ETARC Review
CU Travel Restrictions: Requires Dean and ETARC Review
Travel Registration Required
If the travel request is approved, all affiliates conducting Columbia-related international travel are required to register in Crisis24 Horizon prior to departure.
